Non-Etching Soak Cleaning

Water Wash
The component is washed with plain water to remove any residual cleaning agents.
Alkaline Etching
The aluminium surface is etched to prepare for the anodizing process, creating the optimal surface texture.
Water Wash
A rinse with plain water to remove any alkaline residues.
Desmutting
Removal of any smut or contaminants that might interfere with the anodizing process.

Acidic Cleaning (Optional)

Anodizing with Sulphuric Acid
The aluminium is anodized in a sulphuric acid solution, with a controlled temperature between 18-20°C using a chiller. Electrolysis is carried out at 12-14 volts with lead sheets as cathodes and the aluminium parts as anodes.
Water Wash
Rinsing with water to remove any remaining acid or chemicals.
Electrocolouring
The anodized surface is coloured by using special salts and additives, offering a range of custom colour shades based on client preference.
Water Wash
A final wash with water to ensure the surface is clean and free from any colouring agents.
Sealing of Anodized Surface
